💰 Refund & Return Policy

- Refunds are only issued if the product is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.  

- Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days once the return is approved.  

- For hygiene reasons, lingerie cannot be refunded once tried.  

- Shipping charges are non-refundable.  

• In case of a return, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer (buyer).
